Verse of the Week 11/19: Psalm 32:8

Book of Common Prayer: I will instruct you and teach you in the way that you should go; I will guide you with my eye.*

CEB: I will instruct you and teach you about the direction you should go. I’ll advise you and keep my eye on you.

*The verse number in the Book of Common Prayer is 32:9. (Psalm verse numberings differ by translation.)

The Common English Bible is a more accessible translation. Both are approved for use during worship in the Episcopal Church.
