NRSV: For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.
CEB: I know the plans I have in mind for you, declares the Lord; they are plans for peace, not disaster, to give you a future filled with hope.
The NRSV is the New Revised Standard Version, which is the academic standard for biblical translation. The Common English Bible is a more accessible translation. Both are approved for use during worship in the Episcopal Church.
